1800s French Chemise with Button Front Panel
Antique chemise or nightdress.
Beautifully made late 1800s antique French white cotton chemise edged in embroidered trim with front pull down placket finished with monogram JG and shell buttons. A similar style to those seen in 1880s advertisements and likely a maternity nursing nightdress / chemise.
Bought in a Parisian flea market and in lovely condition.

Measurements are in inches and are taken with the garment laid flat.
Condition: Very good. Clean and ready to wear.
