Once we receive your order we carefully inspect it, wrap it and send your vintage purchase within 3 business days.

UK Delivery:

Free standard delivery to UK mainland addresses. 

Worldwide Delivery:

Royal Mail Airmail | Prices vary according to country.

About:

All our vintage clothing and accessories are inspected prior to going on sale with condition noted in the listings. Another quality check takes place at the time of packaging for delivery. Garments are carefully wrapped in tissue paper and shipped in biodegradable mailbags.

All parcels include enclosed documents disclosing both the buyer's and seller's addresses plus item details including the original purchase price.

*Customs charges and duties payable on arrival in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility*

Returns & Refunds Policy:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please contact the shop to cancel your item within 14 days of delivery. You have a further 14 days from the date you notify the shop of your cancellation to return the goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.

Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Shipping:
To return your product, you should mail your package to: hurdyburdy vintage, 90 Minster Moorgate, Beverley, HU17 8HR, United Kingdom

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

It is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service as refunds are given once the item has arrived safely back at the shop.

If returning an item from abroad please state clearly 'RETURNED GOODS, NO TAX TO PAY' on the outer envelope. If you have not done this and UK customs charge tax you will have this taken off your full refund amount.
