Vintage Mid Century Danish silver brooch by Hermann Siersbøl.
An early brooch from one of the finest silversmith's to come out of Denmark. Finely crafted from solid silver, the elegant design features a floral motif at its centre. Closes with a c catch, which is signed by the jeweller.
A beautiful gift for someone who appreciates Scandinavian design.
Measures: 5 cms x 1.2 cms
Signed / stamped: HS 830S. Stamped on the c clasp.
Condition: Excellent.
Details: The studio Hermann Siersbøl opened in 1945 went on to become one of Denmark's largest jewellery firms and despite his untimely death in 1964 it is still successfully run by the Siersbøl family today.
