Late 1960s black and silver full length vintage evening dress by Laura Phillips.

Note the details, floaty tiers of sheer chiffon to the sleeves and silver brocade accentuating the waist and square neckline - a stylish contrast from an era inspired by golden Art Deco heydays and glam soirées. The bodice and skirt have chiffon top layers with a solid black satin base underneath.
