Late 1960s vintage novelty print dress by English clothing brand Berkertex.
A seriously cute dress in a charcoal gauze with lipstick red binding to the round neck, cuffs and waist. The retro floral print has an abundance of butterflies and flowers in red, cornflower blue, mustard and grey white.
Best fit: small approx UK8 US4 but see actual measurements of the dress below.
Bust: 32 inch for comfort.
Underarm to underarm: 17 1/2 inch
Waist: up to 27 inch
Shoulders: 14 1/4
Sleeve length shoulder to cuff: 24 1/2 inch
Hips: up to 38 inch
Length: 39 inch
Label: Berkertex Made in England - the size label has melted but the hips are stated as 36 inch.
Condition: Very good. Has generalised fade to gauze fabric. Clean and ready to wear. All vintage items have been pre-used, unless stated otherwise, and may have gentle signs of wear.
