A very chic formal hat in a moulded wool felt with dome main head and folded front, set off by a black faceted glass hat pin. Finished internally with a grosgrain band and elastic to help keep the hat in place.
This has been in my collection for many years and was bought with a group of hats worn by one woman only during the 1940s to 1960s.

Internal band approx 22 1/2 inches
External is approx D. 11 x W. 9 inches
