Vintage 1960's Hardy Amies silk two piece dress suit from the esteemed British couturier to the Queen based on London's Savile Row
A true piece of couture, the suit features a classic sleeveless sheath dress with front pleat to the skirt and a matching jacket, which closes with self fabric covered press studs and is decorated with large buttons to the front.

Condition: Excellent aside from a couple of small holes on the front left side of the skirt (as you look at it) which have been mended with fabric glue (I would recommend a seamstress address this) - see images | Clean and ready to wear
Details: The fabric is a delicate slub silk and each piece is fully lined. Everything is hand stitched, as you would expect from a high quality piece of couture, apart from the main seams.
All vintage items have been pre-used, unless stated otherwise, and may have gentle signs of wear.
