100% wool red and green check vintage 1980's Italian car coat with leather collar from Penny Black, a brand established in 1978 that comes under the Max Mara group.

Such a cosy jacket, this sits above the knee and is a mid weight rather than thick wool so it's not heavy to wear. The upper torso is lined with a quilted fabric but the sleeves are unlined, making this a great coat for spring. This has shoulder pads, a nifty little zip up front pocket plus deep patch pockets.

Sizing:

The label states this is a UK 12 (more country sizes below) but is big for a 12. Shown here on a UK size 14 mannequin with 39 bust and the fit is very loose, which is the coat style but check the measurements below and you will see this has plenty of room to size up.
