1800s Antique 925 Silver Chatelaine Purse with Threepenny Coin
Sterling silver 1800s Art Nouveau antique French chainmail or mesh purse for a chatelaine with interior coin purse that holds a King George V Three Pence coin from the 1930s.
An adorable silver purse with decorative repoussé frame and ring to hang from a chatelaine belt or to wear as an external pocket.
This is stamped 925 (for silver) and a capital letter T. There are worn hallmarks, which are unreadable.
The coin, dated 1931, was found inside. This has been in my collection for a long time.

Condition: Very good
