Super soft, purple floral print dress with shoulder pads, long sleeves, smocked back waist, gathered and draped front waist. Closes at the back with buttons and zip. Unlined. The fabric is a midweight, soft to touch rayon/viscose.

waist: slight stretch from 32" to 34" comfortably
