The base is silver tone metal. Closes with a rollover catch. 

This is a similar design to the Pierre Bex Art Deco style brooches produced in the 1970s but their brooches tended to have real rhinestones under the clear top layer.

Condition: Good overall with surface wear and a slight kink to the pin. See all images as they form part of the description.
