Unused vintage - gold Stratton convertible compact for pressed or loose face powder in its original presentation box.

This design is a variation of Embossed Rose on Linen, a classic gold tone Stratton that features a satin woven texture to the lid contrasted with a border of shiny floral detail.

Features an inner mirror and powder well with original sifter and label. To use solid make up you just remove the sifter, insert the 'pan' of solid foundation to the base (double check measurements from your beauty brand of choice). This may also be used with loose face powder. You will need a new powder puff or applicator.

The base has the Stratton logo on a bed of stars.

Condition: Almost excellent but has slight age wear / speckling to the mirror. I am including the original dust bag too but the fabric is shedding and leaving tiny black particles.
