Vintage hot pink sequin dress. A retro Come Dancing or Strictly dress with a full floaty skirt and wide trumpet sleeves.

This vintage dress is perfect for a 1970s disco or festival costume.

Looking at the fabric and label this likely dates to the 1990s. Features wide trumpet sleeves to add a little drama, and a full circle skirt that hangs mid calf. Closes at the back with a Nylon zipper. Not lined. This is covered with silver sequins, which form a pack of cards club like pattern. The skirt is flowing and raises up slightly to the front middle.

This is a fabulous dress but it needs proper maintenance as those sequins are glued on and are prone to drop off - see care details and condition notes below and do take this into account before purchase.

Condition and care notes: Very good, recently cleaned condition. BUT as regards those sequins - they are glued on, a few are missing (see images) and the others do not feel hugely stable. This cannot be washed in hot water (and definitely no machine washing) and do not iron over the sequins (I had to steam around them). If the sequins fall off they can easily be hot glued back on or, if you have patience, the best thing would be to add a few stitches to each one and this would make washing much easier too.

The price reflects the above. Please note, I am selling as seen due to the sequins being unstable. That said, if you are looking for a costume or festival dress this would be perfect.
